We had the best experience purchasing a 2026 Lexus NX350H from this dealership, after visiting other Lexus dealerships. I absolutely love my new car & there was only slight haggling over price. I want to mention Alondra, the young lady who helped so much with great knowledge & patience explaining all the functions in the car. Audrey was very pleasant and friendly. She is a bit new so still learning but I think she is very enthusiastic. My experience at this Lexus was good but not as good as other dealerships I've been to. I"ve found the upper level management to be a bit too aggressive and pushy, and not happy when they can't get the deal they want.

Buying out the lease was quite uncomfortable. It required NUMEROUS emails to schedule an appointment, unconfirmed appointments and failure to receive a voice call. When I finally met with the finance person, he had no idea of my intentions to pay for the vehicle, clearly no communication had taken place with the prior Lexus employee and a large amount of time was wasted trying to sell me extended warranty product, which makes no sense from a financial point of view. It looks like Lexus is only focused on profit and has little to no interest in serving customers.
If you are in the market for a Lexus, Jim Falk is a great place to buy. Audrey was engaged and helpful. Excellent experience overall.
